My Yorkie Jake went out on a usual morning in the garden, my mum went to the loo went back outside to find he was gone! It had been seconds.
She shouted… I ran straight down the stairs and out the door in my pj’s to look for him.
6 hours later and about 200 people later, no one had seen him, i was crying shaking, went home to get a drink and make up some missing posters.
With my sister we went round putting them in every local shop and stuck them to every bustop, lamp post fence everything.
The next day i got a phone call to say they had my dog, i was exstatic and was crying with joy ( words can’t describe how happy i was ). But then was heart sunken again because i was then told i could not get him back because he was microchipped to another owner.
This was the first I knew about it because he was taken in by my grandma 4-5 years previous and then handed to me. I had him 3-4 approx. I have tried everything including police, solicitors, citizens advice.
Unfortunately there was nothing I could do so my best friend, my little bundle of joy, the one who made me smile evryday when I returned home was gone and I could not do anything.
I have kept all his photos, toys etc just to remind me of my little boy.
I still cry everytime I think of him. I really miss him loads.
I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone its the worst feelin ever!!!!!!!
LOVE YOU JAKEY BABEY !!!!! XxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxX
